Here at Corporate Telecommunications we believe it's our moral obligation to do what we can to help the environment and to try reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible. One of the ways we have committed to this is via the introduction of a specialist headset repairs centre.

Now not only can you save a bundle of cash on your headsets, but you can also help the environment at the same time. Our fully equipped workshop has fast become one of the leading headset repair facilities in the country and is able to repair and restore all major brands of headsets. You no longer have to throw away your broken or faulty headsets, instead send them to us and we can fix and restore them to their former glory at a fraction of the cost of buying new.

For Corded headsets you can expect to pay between £5 - £25 per headset and for cordless and specialist items between £20 - £60. However if your headsets are still within the manufacturers warranty we will perform the repair completely free of charge.

We provide free estimates for all our work and after approval, our highly trained headset technicians will carry out the repairs. For each unit we provide free headset consumables, such as ear cushions, voice tubes and windshields all included in the quoted price. If you have five or more headsets that are out of warranty, we also offer a convenient collection service, where we will collect your headsets free of charge (UK mainland only) at a time that suits you.

We aim to have each repair back to you within 2-3 days and each carries a six month warranty. In the unlikely event the headset fails within the six month period we will happily fix the headset for free or provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
