We offer a comprehensive telesales service and a secure on-line buying facility. You can also track your order on-line and, subject to approval, take advantage of our credit facilities.

You'll be assigned a dedicated account manager to handle any enquiries you have and we provide free telephone technical support between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Or if you prefer, you can talk to one of our staff via our live video/text chat service.

We provide a next working day delivery from our 8,000 sq ft warehouse to most destinations on the UK mainland, ensuring you receive your orders as quickly as possible. For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Ireland or other off-shore islands, we provide a two-day delivery service.

Innovatively, we also offer a specialist headset repair workshop. By repairing and refurbishing your existing headsets rather than discarding them, we can potentially save you hundreds of pounds on the cost of buying brand new products.
