Corporate Telecommunications is a distributor of headsets, handsets, audio conferencing, call recording and voice and data installation equipment.

Our managing director, Tony Molloy, started Corporate Telecommunications in his spare bedroom in 1994. We've grown a lot since then, though. Our turnover as at the 31st December 2007 was in excess of £9.5 million and continues to grow.

We supply branded products from all major manufacturers, plus our own products, to small-to-medium-sized businesses, corporate and trade customers throughout the UK. In particular, we supply headsets and associated equipment to call centres and contact centres.

We sell our products through telesales and online, via our website. You can choose from a wide range of over 3,000 products and benefit from our monthly special offers, online competitions and new product launches.

We take great pride in the high level of service we give all our customers. They benefit from a dedicated account manager who knows and understands their business. And they're not only friendly voices at the end of the telephone: you can contact them via our live video/text chat service as well.

What Are Our Products?

Headsets

We stock a large range of corded and cordless headsets from market-leading manufacturers such as Plantronics, Jabra GN and Sennheiser Communications. We also supply our own cost-effective range of headsets, under the Agent brand.

Headset Maintenance/Management

Innovatively, Corporate Telecommunications offers a headset repair, refurbishment and trade-in service for the most popular brands in the market place - avoiding you unnecessary expenditure on new headsets. We also sell consumables for headsets, such as ear cushions, headbands, voice tubes and microphone cushions. In addition we offer a professional IT & Telecoms Hygiene Service and also a bar coding and tagging asset management service.

Telephony

As well as headsets, we sell a wide range of telephony equipment. This includes standard and business telephones, digital cordless telephone handsets (DECT) and telephone answering machines, from manufacturers such as ATL, BT, DORO, Interquartz and NRX. We can also supply leading brand system telephone handsets both new and refurbished.

Audio Conferencing

We offer audio conferencing equipment from market-leading audio conferencing specialist, Polycom, ideal for use in both single and multi-site organisations.

Call Recording

We also sell analogue, ISDN and digital call recording equipment and accessories from industry leader ReTell, enabling customers to improve customer service and protect their staff and customers.

Voice and Data Installation Equipment

Finally, our ever growing range of voice and data installation equipment covers everything you would need to install and maintain a communications network, including structured cabling, wireless networking and power back-up devices.
