Our innovative hi-tech workshop has quickly become recognised as one of the leading headset repair facilities in the UK. It means that rather than discarding broken headsets and having to buy brand new models, we can repair and restore your existing headsets to perfect working order for as little as £5 per headset.

We provide free estimates for all repair work and, with your approval, our highly trained technicians will carry out the repairs. For each unit, free headset consumables, such as ear cushions, voice tubes and windshields, are included in the price. And if you've got at least five headsets that need repairing and are out of warranty, we'll even collect them from you free of charge (UK mainland only) outside this area then please contact us for a quotation.
 

The repair costs for corded headsets are generally between £5 and £25 per headset. For cordless products and other specialist items, the cost is up to £60 each. If your headsets are still covered by the manufacturers warranty, however, we won't charge you for repairing them.

Once we've repaired your headsets, we'll carefully package them up and return them to you within two-to-three days. And rest assured, all our repairs carry a six month warranty. In the unlikely event that the headset fails within the warranty period, we'll fix it for free or provide a replacement.
