About Cordless/Wireless Headsets
The cordless headset is literally that: a headset with no wires attached. A base unit connected to your phone-line communicates with the headset using digital radio signals. You can leave your desk without fear of tripping over a headset wire or accidentally disconnecting the headset. Some cordless headsets offer crystal clear communication at up to 100 metres from the base unit, giving you complete mobility around the workplace. Wireless headsets are particularly popular for team leaders and junior management positions in contact centres, enabling you to manage your team flexibly while ensuring you are always contactable.
