About Over-The-Ear Headsets
Over-the-ear headsets are popular headsets with both call centre professionals and general consumers. It is a flexible alternative to the more traditional, over-the-head headset style. The design of the headset is simple, with a microphone boom attached to a loop which fits snugly over your ear, securing the headset ear piece in place, ensuring maximum comfort and mobility.
