This section sets out the terms and conditions for Corporate Telecommunications eCoupons. Corporate Telecommunications eCoupons are redeemable at the checkout page when making a purchase from the Corporate Telecommunications site.
We are entitled to cancel and reissue any e-Coupons for any reason. We are entitled to suspend or change any aspects of the operation of e-Coupons at any time.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Corporate Telecommunications is not responsible for printing or pricing errors. Pricing errors could include an error on the discount, saving or minimum purchase amounts. In such circumstances, Corporate Telecommunications will inform you of such an error and may suggest an alternative product or cancel your order and repay you any money advanced.
VAT and other applicable taxes will apply to all orders and shall be payable by the customer where applicable.
(a) Using e-Coupons
- An e-Coupon can only be used as part payment for the item(s) stated on the e-Coupon.
- If we reasonably believe that there is a breach of security or fraudulent use of e-Coupons, we may reject any e-Coupon.
(b) Restrictions on using e-Coupons
- Unless we tell you otherwise on the e-Coupon, e-Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- e-Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
- e-Coupons must be redeemed at the time of purchase
- e-Coupons cannot be applied retrospectively
- e-Coupons are not transferable
- e-Coupons can only be used once and for a fixed period of time (please see individual e-Coupon for details).
- e-Coupons are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- e-Coupons are only valid while supplies last.
