Blessing in Disguise

Blessing in Disguise is a children's charity based in Wigan, Greater Manchester and Corptel have been lucky enough to support their invaluable work. Blessing in Disguise fundraising includes events and activities as well as direct donations from businesses and individuals. They use it to provide equipment such as essential and special needs prams, walkers, sensory equipment, communication aids and more, and for organising planned activities with the aim of significantly improving the quality of life and provide treasured memories for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people and their families across the UK.

Corptel’s owner, Paul Baxter, reached out to them to arrange whatever help Corptel could give during the ongoing challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic.  With meeting Father Christmas in his grotto an event which is such an integral part of the festive period for many children, Blessing in Disguise have decided that their Christmas campaign this year will be a virtual Santa's grotto where children will get a chance to chat with, and then receive a letter and a gift from, Santa. Paul has agreed that Corptel will cover all the costs.
