The JPL-501S-USB features a single sided headband for office or call center environments where users need to be aware of their surroundings as well as the call they are on. Thanks to a ratchet microphone boom arm which rotates 270 degrees, the headset can be worn on either the left or right ear giving the user full control of their comfort for prolonged use. The Surround Shield noise canceling technology provides excellent sound pick up from the boom microphone while the 55 mm earpiece gives clear audio.
